NFL Football

Week 7!  To keep up with our record for the year, along with results from each game we pick, please visit our Gambling Picks page!

Chargers (-7) vs Titans   (Sunday / 8:30am CT / CBS)

  • Chargers are only giving up 73 rushing yds per game in their last 3 (3rd in the NFL)
  • Titans can’t score if they can’t run the football – zero offensive TDs the last 2 games (vs Buffalo and Baltimore)
  • Titans lead the NFL in sacks allowed the last 3 games – Chargers defense will feast on them
  • I expect the Chargers to dominate this game in London

Patriots @ Bears (+4)   (Sunday / 12pm CT / CBS)

  • Bears are 8-1-1 ATS in their last 10 games as a home underdog
  • Patriots are 1-3 ATS last 4 as a road favorite
  • Matt Nagy is 2-0 ATS & Straight Up vs Pats as an assistant coach

Texans @ Jaguars (-4.5)   (Sunday / 12pm CT / CBS)

  • Jags are 3-0 ATS vs Texans in their last 3 meetings, including 29-7 and 45-7 straight up wins last year
  • Texans have been gifted 3 straight wins – Indianapolis going for it on 4th down in overtime in their own territory, Dallas not going for it in overtime, and Nate Peterman throwing a pick 6 late vs Bills – otherwise they’d be 0-6
  • Texans are 0-5 ATS in their last games as an underdog, and 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games overall

Saints (+2) @ Ravens  (Sunday / 3:05pm CT / FOX)

  • Saints are 8-0 ATS in October the last 3 seasons
  • Saints are 9-1 ATS coming off a bye the last 10 games coming off a bye
  • New Orleans is 8-4-1 ATS as a road dog since 2016
  • Ravens are 8-11-1 ATS after a win since 2016 (Ravens beat the Titans last week)

Cowboys (+1.5) @ Redskins  (Sunday / 3:25pm CT / CBS)

  • Cowboys are 5-2 ATS vs Redskins in their last 7 meetings
  • Cowboys have 6 straight outright regular season wins vs Redskins the last 3 seasons
  • Redskins have only covered every other week over the last 7 games… covered at home vs Panthers last week

Gary Segars

Gary began his first website in 1998 as a sophomore in high school, writing reviews of cds and live shows in the Memphis area. He became editor of his college newspaper, then moved towards a career in music. He started the infamous MemphisTider.com blog during the 2006 football season, and was lucky enough to get into blogging just before the coaching search that landed Nick Saban at Alabama. The month and a half long coaching search netted his site, which was known for tracking airplanes, over 1 million hits in less than 90 days. The website introduced Gary to tons of new friends, including Nico and Todd, who had just started the site RollBamaRoll.com.After diving into more than just Alabama news, Gary started up his first installment of WinningCuresEverything.com in 2012. After keeping the site quiet for a while, it was started back up in April 2016. Gary then joined forces with high school friend Chris Giannini and began a podcast during the 2016 football season that runs at least 2 times a week, focusing on college football, NFL football, and sports wagering, and diving into other sports and pop-culture topics.E-mail: gary@winningcureseverything.com Twitter: @GaryWCE
